Upon receipt of the returned items, you will receive a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition.

All items being returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return process. Be sure to have the return form approved—without this approval, the processing of your return may be delayed or even denied.

Step 2: Send your return to the specified address, ensuring you include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the package to prevent any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund to your bank account within five business days.
