How to Return in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 2: Ship your return to the address provided, making sure to use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the parcel until it is safely delivered.
Step 3: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives safely and in good condition.
Our fulfilment partner is based outside the UK; therefore, any applicable customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are not responsible for any delivery issues. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.

Our supplier is based outside of the UK, so any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

All returns must be pre-approved. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

In general, sale items are non-returnable. If you still choose to return a sale item, all associated costs will be at your expense.

A £7.95 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
